Overview
Neuros Medical is developing the HFAC (High-Frequency Alternating Current) Nerve Block technology to treat chronic post-amputation pain through a minimally invasive implantable device that blocks pain signals at the peripheral nerve. Their Altius system has received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation and targets one of the most undertreated pain conditions in veterans and amputees.
