Overview
The BrainGate Consortium is a multi-institutional research collaboration between Brown University, Stanford, Case Western, and Massachusetts General Hospital pioneering intracortical BCI technology for restoring communication and motor function in paralysis. Their Utah array-based implants have enabled landmark demonstrations of cursor control, robotic arm use, and speech decoding in clinical trial participants.
